To help people find health and comfort in the embrace of our Great Mother through the plants she so abundantly created for us.
Iroh- "Euch! This tea is nothing more than hot leaf juice!"
Zuko- "Uncle, that's what *all* tea is."
Iroh- "How could a member of my own family say something so horrible?!"
We are definitely on Uncle Iroh's side here. Not all teas are created equal. We strive to live up to the standard Uncle Iroh sets for his shop, The Jasmine Dragon. When we make a new tea or acquire a new tea blend from another creator, we ask ourselves: "Would Uncle Iroh Approve of this tea, sell it in his shop, and serve it to kings?" If not, then we don't sell it.
